LAI Ni Quiaque (NiQ), is Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Talent Engagement for the City Telecom Group.  NiQ joined the Group in May 2004 and has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, research and finance, being highly rated in this field.  Prior to joining the Group, he was a Director and Head of Asia Telecom Research for Credit Suisse where he was involved in global fund raising for a wide range of Asian Telecom carriers including: China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Netcom, SK Telecom, PCCW, Telekom Malaysia, etc.  Before that, NiQ held positions with Hongkong Telecom and Kleinwort Benson Securities (Asia).
