Katia Konrad, a Brazilian by descent, is Senior Talent Manager at Bayer Healthcare, responsible for Asia Pacific and Japan. She has been working for Bayer for more than eleven years in four different continents, from which six years in the HR field. She is responsible for supporting the organisation in the areas of Talent Management, implementing new methods and tools for talent identification & development, Attraction & Retention, creating and tailoring mentoring programs for the region and developing the company's current and future leaders.
Her past experiences range from operational to strategic HR activities. Today she is known for her expertise in People Development and unlimited creativity when exploring new solutions for Talent Management.
