Bruce Yao Joined the Kingdee Group in April 2004, have been responsible for implementation, HRMS product design, business development and consulting business in Kingdee Asia Pacific. With rich experience on cross border solution for MNC, Bruce had been in charge of HRMS business development in China, USA, SG, HK, Macau, Malaysia, and Indonesia etc for the past 6 years. And he presided over a number of government-funded research projects. He is being engaged in exploring a new binding point of integrating HR management theory with practice of HR management information system.
